Thanks for your very kind words...We have so much in the plans- two huge water courses that will re-create the Cascades right around the house and perhaps even a swim spa. I love to swim and imagine others will love using it too! And by the way, Rachel, we make gluten free pancakes with pure maple syrup or a blueberry compote laced with cinnamon, Mexican chocolate and orange peel - all sweetened with local honey....Mmmm!
